Commercial Real Estate Transactions

I work with the firm’s skilled real estate group to facilitate real estate transfers and financing.  I assist with transactions at every stage, from start to finish and everywhere in between.

Experience

At private firms in Burlington, Vermont I drafted documents for the purchase and sale of commercial real property and advised clients on land use regulations.

At the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General, I contributed to estate recovery according lien priority.

At Vermont Legal Aid, I assisted clients applying for the Vermont Emergency Rental Assistance Program and collaborated with state agencies.
